Andy Holt Connector Plaza, The University of Tennessee. This was an American Hydrotech waterproofing roof system. The project was 10,000 +/- SF. We removed and disposed of the existing tiles and roof system. We consulted an engineer to determine if the structure would hold the weight of a small track hoe and bobcat front end loader. Once we determined that yes, it would hold the weight, we were able to utilize that heavy equipment to speed up the demolition process. This saved the owner money because the labor cost for removal was cut in half. The other price they received from one of our competitors was over $100,000.00 more. After the demolition was complete, we installed the roof system, then a tapered grout bed was installed, then the new clay tiles.

Whittle Springs Middle School, Knox County Schools. We installed over 50,000 SF of Versico, Inc. fully adhered TPO. On this project we closed off all of the roof drains and installed a new tapered rigid insulation that sloped to the outside edge of the building. Then we installed a new gutter downspout system. This eliminated all of the issues they were having with leaky drain plumbing.

Brickey McCloud Elementary School, Knox County Schools. This project was over 900,000 square feet of Standing Seam Metal. We used an Englert, Inc. Series 2500 mechanically seamed metal roof system. We installed 3 inches of rigid insulation and 3/4" plywood underneath the metal roof. Project included both straight and curved panels.

TVA Bull Run Steam Plant. We installed a new Modified SBS asphalt roof system.
